Publication Plan

Publication Plan

Title: BEAT
Frequency of publication: Monthly
Price: £2.45

Distribution: Newsagents, Supermarkets, Liverpool Echo    Arena, MEN Arena.
Rationale: The approach of this magazine will be to entertain to readers, with a non formal approach, and a jokey feel to it. It will also have quite a lot of informative sections, about live reviews, and up and coming artists. This magazine will also be to help up and coming artists/bands get themselves noticed.
Style: Informal style, but not childish. It will use lexis to suit a young adult target audience. It will not have sophisticated language which would be hard to understand, but will not be filled with pictures with no information to read. It will be mixed with images and informative content.
